This is a 100% cotton(soft and nice to the touch) very flared (4 large panels!) broomstick skirt. The length of the skirt is 38 inches (usually 35-36"). The skirt has an adjustable elastic waist that could be stretched from 26 to 52 inches around the waist, or it could be pulled in for smaller sizes. The tie itself has very cute minature metal bells. Perfect for travel; just twist it and put it in your suitcase. It's that easy!
It does not look like an avarage skirt. The beauty of the skirt is accentuated by the layer of lace at the bottom, which acts as a trim.
